Return Process

PFD Enorsia UK Ltd facilitate its customers by accepting returns within the first 14 days of the purchase. After this period, no returns or refund claim will be accepted.

Eligibility to Return:

To be eligible for return please read the following carefully;

·         Item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

·         If a return is approved, the customer will be charged by the company, for any associated duties, taxes, costs, or expenditures incurred during the return or disposal of goods.

How to Proceed RETURN:

·         To initiate return, the customer should access their order panel and click on the "RETURN" button. By providing reasons for the return, then submit the request.

·         The company will review the request and inform about the decision to complete the customer's return process.

 

Refund Process

Refunds are processed after the final decision on RETURN as mentioned above, by transferring the calculated refund amount back to the customer's original payment method (of that transaction).

At Enorsia, we offer the option to place an order without being previously registered. All you have to do is, to provide us basic information for online purchase (personal details with delivery address and payment).

Please check your email and password entered/saved? If don't remember your password, can be reset by selecting the Forgot your password? Option.

Enorsia offers you to access the option to change your personal details like, email address and payment details saved earlier in your Profile.
